Bespoke Products, Furniture & Payment:
A 50% deposit is to be paid on items that are made to order for you and then the balance is to be paid before the item is sent to you inclusive of postage/freight.
Mode of payment is either direct deposit into our nominated account, COD or Paypal.
Delivery Information:
Standard delivery times are between 2 to 6 weeks. Depending on the item and if it is a custom made or not. Delivery time frames supplied by us are an estimate only and we will always do our best to fulfil them. We currently use Australia post for small items and will either nominate a company for large items or ask if you have a preferred one.
Returns & Exchanges:
There is no refund or exchange from us on items that are made to order or that are at sale price.
However on other goods there is a 14day after receipt of the goods, return policy. The item must have its original tags and be in an unused condition. Please include the receipt and any details if there is another item you may wish to exchange it for.
If a product is faulty or incorrect to your order we will be happy to pay for the postage costs to return it to us. However if you are returning for any other reason, the packaging and postage must b paid by you the customer.

Pickups:
Can be arranged at a mutually suitable time once you have received confirmation from us that the goods are ready.
